Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 10 business days. Delivery of goods is subject to availability, with a lead time of 6-8 weeks. To ensure smooth processing and avoid delays, please coordinate closely with your appointed account manager. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few weeks. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping method: First attempt – in house
    Shipment cost: Free
    Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days upon complete production
  • Shipping method: Additional attempt – in house
    Shipment cost: $150.00 SGD subjected to GST
    Estimated delivery time: 5 business days from first attempt
  • Shipping method: Self pick up
    Shipment cost: Free
    Estimated delivery time: 3 business days appointment booking in advance

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment addresses

We only ship to addresses within Singapore

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Notification once Your Order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost after Goods delivered.

Please check for damages of Goods before signing Delivery Order.
